Yoga & breathing
Unwind with gentle Hatha yoga stretches, breathing exercises and guided relaxation. Sessions are suitable for beginners, and yoga mats and snuggly blankets are provided.

Mindfulness & vision boards
On Saturday morning, enjoy a mindfulness walk to connect with nature and quieten your mind. If the weather is wet you’ll get creative with an inspiring mindfulness drawing session instead.

On Sunday morning, have fun with coloured pens and pictures as you create a personal vision board to represent where you’d like your life to take you.
